Something new! There are many times when all you really need is objective information (Should I remodel or move?), guidance or the simple completion of sales documents (when you've already found a buyer but want to be certain that everything necessary is done). For those situations, hiring a real estate consultant may be your best solution.

As your full-service real estate sales agent, my focus is on selling your property, but sometimes that's not what you, the homeowner, really want or need to do.

Enter Consulting as an Option!

Make no mistake, this is NOT "Discount Brokerage!" Consulting allows you the flexibility to choose among options and eliminate those items you don't want or need but it will NEVER result in loss of fiduciary level services that are essential to the transaction.

I am always more than willing to work with you to determine your best course of action and can offer choices using a "menu of services" of which you can pick and choose, a flat fee arrangement or full service.
